Cashundo

Terms of Service

Last updated 12 September 2026

These terms govern your use of Cashundo, an analytics and store-assistance product for online shops, operated by Cyberrig Private Limited. By creating an account or connecting a store, you agree to them. How we handle data is covered separately in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

1. These terms

This is an agreement between you — the business using Cashundo, referred to as “you” — and Cyberrig Private Limited, referred to as “we” or “us”.

If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it. If you do not agree to these terms, do not create an account or connect a store.

2. What Cashundo is

Cashundo reads data from shops and advertising accounts you connect, and reports on it: sales, costs, ad spend, profit and the attribution between them. It also includes an assistant that answers questions about your own store and can propose changes to it, and tools that draft product pages and generate product photographs from the pictures already on your products.

It is a reporting and assistance tool. It is not accounting software, not a bookkeeping system of record, and not a substitute for professional accounting, tax or legal advice.

3. Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract. Cashundo is for business use; it is not offered to consumers.

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything done by people you invite to your workspace. Keep your sign in credentials to yourself, and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access.

You must give accurate account information and keep it current. We may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being used by someone who is not entitled to it.

4. Connecting your stores and ad accounts

Cashundo works by connecting to platforms you already use — currently Shopify for your shop, and Meta and Google for advertising. Connecting one is an authorisation you give through that platform’s own consent screen, which states the permissions being requested before you grant them.

You confirm that you own, or are authorised to administer, every store and advertising account you connect. Connecting an account you do not have the right to connect is a breach of these terms.

We use those permissions only to provide Cashundo to you: to read the data the product reports on, and to make changes you have approved. We do not use your store or advertising data to serve other customers, and we do not sell it.

You can disconnect any platform at any time, from Integrations in the app or from the platform itself. Disconnecting stops further collection immediately. What we already hold is dealt with in the retention section of the Privacy Policy.

5. Your data stays yours

Your store data, advertising data and anything you upload remain yours. You grant us only the licence needed to run the service for you: to store that data, process it, display it back to you, and send the parts required to answer a question to the providers listed in the Privacy Policy.

We do not train models on your data, and our model providers do not train on data submitted through their APIs.

6. What the assistant may and may not do

The assistant can read your connected data and answer questions about it. It can also propose changes — a price, a stock level, a product page, a campaign budget, adding a generated image to a product.

A proposed change does not happen until you approve that specific change. Each one is shown to you in full before anything is written to your store or ad account, and you can edit it or dismiss it. The assistant does not act on its own, does not act on a schedule, and never creates advertising campaigns or edits targeting or creative.

Every change that reaches a connected platform is recorded, with what was proposed, what was approved, who approved it and what came of it.

Approving a change is your decision and your responsibility. We execute what you approved; we do not judge whether it is a good idea for your business.

7. The figures, and what they are not

Figures in Cashundo are calculated from the data your connected platforms return. We do not estimate, model or fill gaps — where a figure cannot be calculated, the product says so rather than approximating it.

That said, the figures depend entirely on what those platforms report and on the settings you have configured, including costs, currency and tracking parameters. Platforms restate their own numbers, sync can lag, and attribution between an ad and a sale is an inference that no tool can make perfectly.

Do not use Cashundo as the source of truth for tax filings, statutory accounts or any legal or financial submission. Use your accounting records and your platforms’ own reporting for those.

8. Plans, allowances and payment

Cashundo is offered on plans. Each plan includes monthly allowances — currently a number of assistant questions and a number of generated images — which are shown to you in the product before you reach them and are counted on a calendar month.

A spoken conversation with the assistant counts each thing you ask as one question, the same as typing it. A generated or edited image counts as one image. Allowances reset at the start of each month and do not carry over.

Paid plans are not yet purchasable. While that is the case, the service is provided free of charge and we may change allowances with notice. When paid plans open, prices, billing periods and refund terms will be shown before you subscribe, and continuing to use a paid plan after a price change requires your agreement to the new price.

9. Generated images and copy

Cashundo can generate product photographs and write product page copy. Images are generated from the photographs already on the product in your own store, so that the result shows your actual product rather than something resembling it.

A generated image is never published to your storefront on its own. It is saved for you to look at, and putting it on a product is a separate step you take and confirm.

As between you and us, generated output is yours. But you are responsible for what you publish. You must have the rights to the source photographs you supply or connect, and you must check that what you publish is accurate about your product and does not infringe anyone’s trade marks, designs or copyright — including brands whose products you resell. Generative models can produce output that is inaccurate or that resembles existing material, and we do not warrant that generated output is original, accurate or free to use in your market.

Written copy is drafted from your own product information. Review it before publishing: claims about materials, compliance, safety, sizing or performance are yours once they are on your storefront.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • connect a store or advertising account you are not authorised to administer;
  • use Cashundo to breach the terms of Shopify, Meta, Google or any other connected platform;
  • attempt to access another customer’s data, or probe, circumvent or test our access controls except with our written permission;
  • resell, sublicense or provide the service to a third party as your own, unless we have agreed that in writing;
  • scrape the product, reverse engineer it, or use automated means to place load on it beyond ordinary use;
  • use it to generate content that is unlawful, deceptive, or that misrepresents a product to shoppers.

11. Third-party platforms

Cashundo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Shopify, Meta, Google or any other platform it connects to. Their names and marks belong to them.

Your use of those platforms is governed by your agreements with them, not by these terms. They control their own APIs and may change, restrict or withdraw access at any time. If a platform changes something we depend on, features that rely on it may stop working or be removed, and that is not a breach of these terms by us — though we will tell you when it affects what you can see.

12. Availability and support

We aim to keep Cashundo available and correct, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may take it down for maintenance, and we may change or remove features as the product develops.

Support is offered by email at the address below. Response times depend on your plan and are not guaranteed unless we have agreed them with you in writing.

13. Warranties

Cashundo is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

14. Limitation of liability

Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, or loss of business opportunity, however arising.

Our total liability arising out of or in connection with these terms is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us for Cashundo in the twelve months before the claim, or INR 10,000.

In particular, we are not liable for losses arising from a change you approved, from a decision you took on the basis of a figure in the product, or from content you chose to publish to your storefront.

15. Ending the agreement

You may stop using Cashundo at any time by disconnecting your platforms and closing your account. Closing an account ends these terms for you.

We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms, if your use puts our service or another customer at risk, or if we are required to by a platform or by law. Where the circumstances allow it, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.

On termination, we delete or return your data as described in the Privacy Policy. Sections 5, 9, 13, 14 and 17 survive termination.

16. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product changes. When we do, we update the date at the top of this page, and we give notice in the product or by email before a material change takes effect.

Continuing to use Cashundo after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms. If you do not accept them, stop using the service and close your account.

17. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Kozhikode, Kerala, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.
